Jalesse Munoz is a compassionate and bilingual Advanced Practice Nurse with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She obtained her BSN from Saint Peter's University in 2013, followed by her MSN with a specialization in adult and gerontology nursing. Her journey began as a critical care trauma nurse at Jersey City Medical Center, where she dedicated five years to providing exceptional care. Jalesse's commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious SHERO award from the city of Jersey City on March 8th, 2023, recognizing her heroic efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She specializes in Adult-Gerontology health, urgent care, critical care, and stroke neurology. Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2018, she holds certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, IV therapy, and ICU care. Her professional journey includes roles such as Stroke Neurology APN at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at Urgent Medical Care and MRI, where she provided comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic conditions.
