Jose Polanco, MSN, ANP-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional whose career journey reflects a commitment to excellence in patient care, leadership, and continuous professional growth. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Jose has traversed various roles, starting from his early days as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to his current pursuit as a Nurse Practitioner. Beginning his career in 2007 as an LPN, Jose demonstrated a natural aptitude for providing compassionate care to patients, particularly those facing terminal illnesses. His responsibilities ranged from assessing patient needs to managing unlicensed staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.

Serving as a Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Michael's Hospital in Newark, NJ, he excelled as a Charge Nurse, overseeing unit operations, staffing, and patient care with poise and efficiency. As a Facility Director at Father Hudson House in Elizabeth, NJ, and later as a Hospice Director at the Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, NJ, he led teams, directed patient care, and maintained quality assurance standards, all while upholding a commitment to compassionate end-of-life care. Driven by a passion for providing comprehensive care and improving patient outcomes, Jose is now embarking on the next phase of his career journey as a Nurse Practitioner. Armed with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-C), he aspires to continue making a positive impact in healthcare by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and serving as a catalyst for positive change in the field.
